seafood tom yam

Serves 4 to 6 persons

Ingredients to prepare:

• 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Tom Yam Paste (200g)
• 650ml Water
• 300g Squid (cleaned and cut into 3cm rings)
• 200g medium size Prawns (shelled with tail intact)
• 1 big Tomato (cubed), 100g each of Abalone Mushroom and Baby Corns
• 4 – 6 Bird Eye Chilli (optional)
• Some Coriander Leaves

Cooking Method:

Step 1.
Mix Tom Yam Paste in water. Bring to boil.

Step 2.
Add squids, prawns, tomato, abalone mushroom, baby corns and bird eye chilli to cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3.
Sprinkle with some coriander leaves. Serve.
